Fitzroy & Katie lead the team at The Lamb Chalgrove.

Fitzroy Davis has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry as Head Chef and Pub Licensee. He rose to the rank of executive chef, working in various 4 and 5-star hotels throughout the UK and abroad.

Katie Warnaby and Fitz Davis took on their first pub together in February 2020 just weeks before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Not put off the by this they re-located from the Fox Inn, Boars Hill, Oxford to the Lamb Chalgrove in February 2022.

Prior to this, Katie led her own Neuroscience research group at the University of Oxford for 10 years but always worked in pubs for fun!
